Schedule a private party Monday through Sunday. The minimum group size of a Private Art/Paint party is fifteen (15) guests. Select the artwork you desire to paint with your friends from the Gallery tab. Select a painting early. A selection is required seven days after booking date. Sip and Paint will attempt to post the art on our website and face book page. With the selection of the artwork, an Artist will be available to discuss your party. The Art/Paint party is BYOB (bring your own beverage), food (potluck, finger sandwiches etc.)/snacks or order for delivery. The Host/Hostess may decorate the Studio with a theme. Sip and Paint will also provide white paper plates, 9oz clear plastic cups, white napkins and a limited amount of ice. Bring the music, iPods, and CDs. In addition, Sip and Paint will provide a snack or a mystery gift (limited availability and time). Sit back, relax over a glass of beverage, have fun for the evening. Our artist will assist you with hands on assistance, to make this simple and fun even for a beginner who has never painted before. You will leave that evening with a piece of artwork that will amaze you. Sip and Paint will provide each guest with the following materials: paint, pre-sketched canvas, easel, brushes, and apron. Monday through Sunday 35.00$(subject to change to meet the fifteen (15) minimum guests requirement for a private party in the large Studio), you choose the painting (2, 3 hour 16 x 20 painting, same price) and reservation time. A credit card number is required at the time of the reservation. To assure that the credit card is a good number, a single charge may apply toward the booking. The Party will begin promptly at the scheduled time, for that reason, please have you guests at the Studio 30-45 minutes before time to allow for check-in, visiting, etc.. A delay of the party time by the Host, Hostess or guest may result in an additional charge to credit card posted. Cancelation, please email 48 hours before the scheduled date. You may call but you still need to email as the official notice. There is a 100.00$ non-refundable charge if cancellation within the 48 hours. CHANGE/CANCELLATION/PRICING/UPDATES
Reschedule the party; all terms will be transferable as long as Sip and Paint receives a notice prior to scheduled date. Cancellation, please email 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. You may call but you still need to email as the official notice. Sip and Paint reserves all rights with cancellation. The cost per Guest may change without notice. Updates are available at either the web site, www.sipandpant.com, or the face book page. Sip and Paint does not guarantee painting results. Party updates are the responsibility of the Host or Hostess. A Party will begin promptly at the scheduled time; for that reason, please have you guests at the Studio 30-45 minutes before time to allow for check-in, visiting, etc...
